quick reminders for future

So Ola:

1. Don´t avoid night trips just because you are afraid that you are not strong as your friends (well they are hiking freaks, they were on Mont Blanc last summer and they are going to Monte Negro mountains next week) and your Sister (former europian junior champion in rowing; I think her super-fitness and its effect on my ED is topic for another -long- post). It was incredible night with lot of insightful moments. The darkness is kind of anxiolytic.

2. (Our neighbours) kids are the best distraction when you are panicking in the epicentre of "eat one more chocolate Ola / be social Ola / mum´s dinner is ready Ola etc" hell. You can eat small chocolate thirty minutes before dinner, because it´s normal (besides you need to gain weight).
Maybe you should give up research and become pediatrician.

3. Recovery is hard and you need to study, seriously, but it´s possible to attempt recovery AND studying.
