- I think I am starting to trust and respect Remedy more than any other therapeut I have ever had. Actually there were only one therapeut that I really liked before. But I was 15 and lived over the sea. Remedy evokes my grandmother, my friends, my childhood and my future at the same time and still she´s professional with the accurate amount of space between us.
- After therapy I allowed myself short walk through forest park and it was incredible minus all that jogging around, but still). The late evening smelled like mix of freshly cutted grass, some fruit gum, summer camps and sinking sun (oh I have read that the activity of Sun is lowest since 1913. When I was child I had major anxiety of Sun dying out.)
- Music is helping me A LOT in these days. I am virtually major part of day at home which is uncommon and music is the thing which makes me sane. It is mostly jazz. But I love and recommend Library Tapes, Laura Marling, Peter Broderick or Andrew Bird as well
- Water is helping as well. I have hard time with drink enough water, because 1) I am usually so full with the solid content of my meal plan that the water is simply unwelcome 2) I am not thirsty because I am not working out like before 3) Drinking water is associated with restricting --> now I drink too little. I have been trying to increase my water and tea intake to at least 2 liters and I feel much better!
